-I am a mom to 3 children (2 girls and 1 boy)
-I love to read anything that has to do with proverbs 31
-I have a collection of many , many books alone that talk about this scripture of the amazing woman.
-My husband and I pastor Market place Ministries in Dayton, Ohio
- June 14th I will have a bachelors degree in Hospitality management
You may wonder why 31woman?
In 2001, I was a young bride and mom, I had no clue what I was supposed to be doing, as far as being a mom let alone a wife or even a woman for that matter. I was going through a tough time in life because everything had shifted and I wasn't ready. I hadn't been trained enough to know what to do as a wife, or a mother. I know the instinctive things to do, but I really didn't have the full grasp of the responsibility. I remember crying out to God to ask him what does it mean to be a wife. I told him that I wanted to be the wife, woman, and mother that he desired. As I looked in the bible under wife I came across a scripture that talked about this excellent wife, as I began to read more and more, I felt like I had found exactly what I was looking for, the feeling that I got was soo surreal. I felt a connection, a passion , so much that it has become my life! My goal is that this blog and anything that 31woman does, is to help women find simplicity, direction ,happiness, and fulfillment in their lives.
